Tahoe Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-focused dental team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Manage provider schedules to maximize efficiency
• Run reports to identify recare and unscheduled treatment opportunities
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and patient communication systems
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow
• Provide a welcoming, professional first impression for all patients
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental front office or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using dental software and patient communication tools
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
