For more than 100 years, The American Diary Goat Association has collected, recorded and preserved the pedigrees of dairy goats for the dairy goat industry. ADGA provides genetic, management and related programs and services to our more than 20,000 members and our membership is growing!
We are looking for a full-time Performance Programs Support Specialist to join our team!
What you’ll do:
- Work with the core performance programs that collect production and type data for dairy goats and dairy goat breeders
- Assist ADGA members with enrollment in DHIR production testing, linear appraisal, and DNA testing.
- Assist ADGA office staff with data entry for orders, billing, and results in any of the ADGA
Performance Programs
- Assist ADGA office staff in completing member requests through phone, email and postal mail correspondence.
- Assist with customer support via phone and email
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience in dairy production or dairy goats is a plus but not required
