This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spartanburg, SC, for an IT Support & Systems Specialist. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining desktop computers. Additionally, the Specialist will manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, oversee help desk support functions, and ensure seamless operation of information technology systems to support daily business activities effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, including the ability to assist end-users effectively and resolve technical inquiries.
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
