ACM is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. In this
role, you will be responsible for increasing sales volume and market share. In addition, you will act as a liaison between ACM and its customers, ensuring all concerns are addressed and needs are met in a timely manner. Specific duties may include:
- Recording sales orders via JDE ERP systems
- Initiating credit requests
- Managing projects as needed to improve the profitability of the company
- Maximizing on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Handling calls and customer service issues
- Assisting in developing stocking programs
Specific qualifications include:
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous sales and/or customer service, including an understanding of manufacturing and purchasing lead times, is preferred
- Ability to read prints and interpret drawings
- Previous ERP experience is preferred, specifically JDE
- Ability to multitask and analyze quickly
- Superior time management and organizational skills
