What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of Aetna to our customers. You’ll:
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by listening, problem-solving, and delivering value every day.
- Partner with our outside sales team and product managers to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
- Drive sales results by managing inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, and following up on opportunities.
- Develop expertise in Aetna’s products and applications so you can be a trusted resource.
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in our CRM to ensure smooth collaboration across the team.

Required Background
- 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Compensation amp; Benefits
- $50,000 /year total compensation. Compensation is based on job experience, skills, education, training, and more to be determined at time of offer.
