Position Options
- Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- PRN / On-Call: Choose shifts as they become available
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours ranging from part-time to full-time schedules
Compensation
- $25.00-$31.33 per hour, depending on experience
- Evening Differential: $3.25/hour
- Night Differential: $3.50/hour
- Holiday and on-call premium pay opportunities
What You'll Contribute
As an LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:
- Delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
- Assisting with assessments and care plan development
- Administering treatments and nursing interventions
- Partnering with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes
- Supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents
Qualifications
Required
- Current LPN license in Iowa or an active multistate LPN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Preferred
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience
- Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply
