Director, Marketing (2026- 5)
The Director of Marketing is responsible for expanding AAA-ICDR’s presence across critical dispute resolution categories. Initially focusing on supporting our mediation line of business and raising demand for our new AI tools, this newly created role will develop integrated campaigns and drive activities that enable brand awareness, product growth, stakeholder adoption, and new category creation. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor — with fluency in B2B marketing, campaign management, product launches, and innovative storytelling.
Work Environment
Candidates must reside within 125 miles of their assigned office location. This position is in the AAA's NY headquarters located in Downtown Manhattan, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $132,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive. Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy to expand market share, launch new products, and support other emerging growth areas, with a focus on our mediation business and AI product offerings.
- Translate product features into compelling stories that differentiate AAA’s capabilities and value proposition and create demand for our products and services.
- Identify category expansion opportunities across sectors, audience segments (e.g., CXOs, general counsel, law firms, legal operations, enterprise AI decision-makers), and geographies. In partnership with product and sales / business development teams, build persona-specific value propositions and messaging frameworks to drive engagement among key decision-makers.
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to increase engagement, deepen interest across the buyer journey, and support pipeline growth. This includes email, social, paid, and event follow-up campaigns; creating landing pages and forms to drive lead capture; and building targeted nurture and follow-up sequences.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns using performance data to improve engagement rates, conversions, and audience responsiveness.
- Partner with content, creative, communications, and events teams to develop campaign assets and connected experiences optimized for conversion.
- Manage external agencies and partners to support campaign execution.
- Champion internal education and marketing enablement for cross-functional teams.
- 8 years in B2B marketing, with experience in AI, legal tech, or professional services. Experience running global marketing campaigns a plus.
- Proven success in expanding lines of business, category creation, and product launches.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and digital user journeys.
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams, especially product and sales.
- Excellent storytelling, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and automation platforms (experience with Salesforce, Iterable, and Digioh a plus).
- Experience fostering a marketing team culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
