      Prior security alarm monitoring experience is not required, because we have a robust paid training program

In this role you will work in our 24-7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Arlington, and eventually some days remote from home (post training) handling both routine signals and priority alarms. You will reach out to property owners or dispatch police and firefighters when needed. You will provide direct customer service, including technical assistance to help customers troubleshoot issues.

The expected salary range for this position is [$18.50 – $25.00] per hour. The compensation determination for each candidate is dependent on experience, skills, qualifications, education, training as well as internal equity.  We are committed to pay equity and transparency in our hiring practices.
