Job Description:

Lewis Floor & Home, an America’s Floor Source company, is looking for an experienced Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized, have good interpersonal communication skills, and project management capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities:

Switchboard
Sales tally sheet
Maintain sales rotation cards
Lunch schedule for sales staff
Sample check in (occasionally check out)
Maintain sample check out files (purge as needed- when salespeople don’t)
Verify & enter carpet measure forms
Enter measures in logbook & verify orders placed
Set up hot files for new salespeople
Process thank you cards
Maintain supply of all measure forms & other forms at reception
Maintain supplies for reception
Run outstanding sample report
Help guide stock help as needed
Scanning project (when time allows)

Part time projects
Labels for salespeople
Stickers for brochures, magazines as needed
Maintain sample check out files (purge as needed- when salespeople don’t)
