What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/LVN Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
The Long-Term Acute Care LPN provides the delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients under the clinical supervision of the Registered Nurse in facilities or specialty care hospitals.

Minimum Requirements
- Current nursing license for the state in which the nurse practices in
- One (1) year nursing experience in a long term acute care facility preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
