Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develops and implements behavior intervention plans for children with academic and behavioral deficits. This role functions as a clinical teacher, responsible for educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery within a clinic-based school environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about early intervention, collaboration, and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to RBTs and support staff
• Observe and assess educational and behavioral service delivery
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor within the clinic setting
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation following each session
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support learner progress
  
  

Clinic Setting and Caseload

• Children ages 2–8
• Vocal learners, non-vocal learners, AAC device users
• Low to high intensity behaviors, including toileting programs
• Daily activities include morning circle time, group snack/lunch, group social skills, group play, and independent play
  
  

Schedule and Compensation

• 40 hours per week guaranteed, even with cancellations
• One hour daily flexible work-from-home time
• One unpaid break per day
• Salary ranges:
• $74,000 for 0–1 year of experience
• Up to $86,000 for 5 years of experience
• Bonus potential available
  

Minimum Requirements

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Minimum age of 18
• Health and compliance requirements as applicable, including CPR, TB screening, and current health certificate
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing behavior analytic services in school or clinic settings
• Minimum of one year of pediatric experience
• Prior experience using CentralReach for data collection
• Strong written and reading skills with the ability to complete thorough documentation
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
