Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, test, and repair plumbing and HVAC mechanical systems, related piping systems, control valves, and all other related equipment, in accordance with plumbing and HVAC codes.
- Must have the ability to read and understand design documents.
- Must have the ability to lead projects and manage change.
- Ability to estimate time and material jobs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Vocational High School Diploma, trade school certification, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in commercial plumbing and installation.
- Journeyman’s Plumbers License
- Self- starter, able to work in a team environment and able to install from bid specifications.
- Will be required to travel to remote locations at times.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, and lift 45 lbs. without assistance.
- Strong verbal, written, computer communication (MS Office) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing in state of residence.
