The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Perform construction plumbing tasks such as rough-ins and finish work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Conduct pipe threading and assembly as required for installations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
- Provide field service support for plumbing issues as they arise.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move materials or equipment on job sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Assist in remodeling projects that require plumbing modifications.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and plumbing techniques.
- Proficiency in welding for pipe connections when necessary.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems including HVAC components.
- Experience with carpentry skills for integrated projects.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles for transportation of tools and materials.
- Previous construction site experience is highly desirable.
- Maintenance Person experience is a plus for general maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed.
