What will your job look like?
- Be a trusted advisor and finance partner for the regional VP and CBE(s). Acts as the head financial person of the region. As such, you will provide support in all financial/commercial aspects related to the sales cycle as well as with ongoing relations with the customers.
- Provide support of all deal cycles, from deal initiation to contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, hedging, etc.), contract negotiation and client facing issues. This includes ensuring that all deals are aligned with company procedures and guidelines.
- Be responsible for ongoing financial analysis (FP&A) of the geography and existing business operations.
- Identify and distinguish between the business needs and financial goals for a deal/contract.
- Participate in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financials models, cost reduction initiatives, etc.)
- B.A. in Business Management/Economics/Accounting (MBA - preferred)
- Certified CPA - advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience in senior financial positions with proven analytical capabilities
- Capable of leading discussions in conjunction with strong negotiation skills
- Capable of setting up a commercial business model
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience in the telecom, software or high tech industry – advantage
- Fluency in English
- Use your in-depth financial experience and insights as the lead financial person for the entire region to influence all financial aspects and decisions.
