What will your job look like?
You will.....
- By understanding the market, customer challenges, and our product's outstanding abilities, we will get to differentiate Amdocs vs. the competitors. Other activities include competitive analysis, early validation activities, and retrospective win/loss analysis.
- Help us define, validate, and eloquent product projections over the next 1-3 years (product roadmap), including product strategy at the portfolio and corporate levels.
- Secure product investment by building compelling business cases for ConnectX products.
- Success measured by product adoption, launches and customer impact.
- Translate market knowledge, product strategy, and business cases into a successful product plan.
- Define and own the accurate product readiness plan to ensure that the business is ready to sell, deliver, and support the product.
- Support sales channels as the product and market specialist for applicable product(s).
- At least 4-6 years of experience delivering successful software products in a Product Management or similar role (e.g. product design, Pre-Sales engineer, product marketing) in a related industry.
- Experience in driving ConnectX products through a matrix of R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Executive, and Customer partners.
- Experience in supporting Pre-Sales activities and customer accounts/engagements.
- BA/BS degree in computer science or related area with 2-5 years product management and/or software development experience (SaaS preferred).
- Experienced in leading new initiatives (for multiple Product Management roles).
- Bachelor’s degree - MBA optional.
