With more than 16 years of experience, AMD has established themselves as a leading supplier of fencing, hurricane shutters and aluminum products in Florida and the Southeast USA. We are currently seeking a highly organized and energetic superstar to hire as a customer service representative for the Port St Lucie location.
In a nutshell
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, quotations and credits/returns. AMD Supply is a customer service driven business that provides the highest level of service to every customer. The CSR has the responsibility to provide solutions to each customer that best fit their needs.
Here's what you will be doing
- You will be supporting the location by addressing the customer's needs as they walk in the location, or by calling us on the phone, creating a very positive experience for them.
- There will be administrative tasks such as, answering the phones, assisting the Branch Manager with delivery schedules, entering orders into the ERP system and oh so much more!
- You will need to understand the products we sell and be able to communicate that to the customers with the ability to problem solve in order to find the best solution to meet customer material requirements.
Here is what we need from the best candidates!
- You don't need a college degree for this position, but we want someone who has at least 3-5 years in a similar role. Please list this on y our resume.
- Having fluency in both english and spanish is a huge plus but not a dealbreaker if you do not.
- We want someone to be highly organized and who can multitask.
- We need you to be able to communicate to your internal and external customers in a professional and positive way, Show that energy!
- You have to be able to actively listen.
- Be able to foster and build relationships with current and future customers. Again, show that energy!
This position is primarily sedentary in an office environment. You will have exposure to a warehouse of product inventory. Repetitive motion tasks such as typing on a keyboard, using a mouse, or answering calls. CSRs may need to speak clearly and audibly for extended periods.

Pay: $23.24 - $27.99 per hour
