Inside Sales Support & ERP Order Entry Specialist

Do you thrive on helping customers quickly and accurately? Are you fluent in ERP systems and comfortable moving between calls, emails, and walk-in requests? Can you jump in on the floor to safely operate a forklift and lift up to 75 lbs when an order needs to move now? If so, you might be exactly who our Port St. Lucie branch is looking for.

Your Mission

Delight customers with fast, precise quotations and order processing while partnering closely with the sales manager to resolve issues and keep work flowing smoothly.

What Success Looks Like

• Customers receive clear, timely answers about our products and services—by phone, email, and in person.
• Orders are entered into the ERP system accurately and on time.
• Challenges are met with calm problem-solving and an empathetic, positive attitude.
• Strong relationships are built through reliable follow-through.
• Order fulfillment is supported as needed, including safe forklift use and material handling.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-first mindset and effective problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfort multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority issues at once.
• Strong planning and prioritization capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the fence, shutter, or aluminum industry.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with blueprint takeoffs.
