Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales or related field, preferably in Medical Sales.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new technologies and market trends.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
