Outside Sales Representative

In business since 2006, AMD Supply, a leading supplier of fencing, hurricane shutters, and aluminum products, is seeking an Outside Sales Representatives for the Tampa region.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for finding new customers, developing new sales and maintaining constant contact with existing customers. The Outside Sales Representative has the responsibility of providing solutions to each customer that best fits their needs.

Here's what you'll do!

• Meet with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities
• Develop strong working relationships with all customers to help them with their material requirements.
• Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives to maintain regular contact with each customer.
• Maintain a record of customer contact with notes in our CRM system for each customer visit and call.
• Identify opportunities for growth with new products.
• Manage all customers within a specific geographical territory. The client base will consist of fence and hurricane shutter contractors as well as other potential customers, focusing on repeat business.
• 50% travel and 50% in the office.

This is what we need from a great candidate

• A degree from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and work experience. Relative work experience should be a minimum of 3 - 5 years.
• Knowledge of fence, hurricane shutter or aluminum products is a plus.
• Experience with the consultative selling approach.
• Must be people friendly!
• Must have the ability to actively listen and interact with all stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
• Must be self- motivated and result oriented.
• Must have experience with technologies such as business computer software, ERP systems, and must have ability to learn and embrace new technologies.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Must have the ability to organize and plan.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
