Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to all traffic regulations, and the ability to tow a 16' enclosed trailer.
Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries and addressing any concerns they may have.
Experience
- Previous experience with towing a 16' enclosed trailer
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience with commercial driving or courier services is a plus.
