Job Overview: We are hiring a skilled Carpenter/Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various remodeling tasks, such as building, installing, repairing, and renovating structures in a team environment. This role involves working mainly on residential projects, ensuring top-quality work and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain structures like cabinets, windows, doors, stairs, and flooring.
- Update and remodel kitchens and bathrooms.
- Install and repair drywall, framing, trim, and other materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment.
- Help with demolition work, including removing old materials and preparing spaces for new installations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or remodeler.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for carpentry and remodeling.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with clients and other team members.
- Physical stamina to perform construction tasks.
- Experience in various remodeling tasks (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, etc.).
Work Environment:
- Work in residential, commercial, and sometimes outdoor settings.
- Physical tasks may include lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in different weather conditions
