This role is central to their digital transformation, overseeing CRM and client data quality teams while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance business value, efficiency, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end CRM projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality
- Manage and mentor CRM managers, specialists, and administrators, fostering collaboration and growth
- Partner with executives and business leaders to align CRM initiatives with strategic goals
- Oversee CRM architecture, customization, and integration with enterprise systems to ensure scalability and security
- Drive adoption through change management, training, and communication strategies that maximize ROI
- Define and track KPIs, leveraging analytics to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
This role could also be based in most major cities apart from New York!
