The firm advises clients ranging from startup founders to multinational corporations and is known for its top-tier transactional, regulatory, and litigation practices worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support the firm’s Litigation practice.
About the Role:
This role will support the continued growth and success of the firm’s Litigation business and play a key role in developing and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives. The position may be based in the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.
The Senior Manager of Business Development will be responsible for planning, supporting, and executing a wide range of business development activities aimed at expanding the firm’s market presence and reputation.
Working closely with the Director of Business Development Strategy and collaborating with colleagues across the firm, this individual will advise attorneys on client pitch strategies, conduct research and analysis, develop compelling proposals and pitch materials, manage strategic events, and oversee attorney directory submissions.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative, collegial, and team-oriented approach.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, can manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, and demonstrates strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with some familiarity with legal industry–specific applications.

- The California pay range for this role is $190,000–$220,000
