Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of speech therapy experience
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing impairments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
