COMPLIANCE NOTES
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
- Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care and catheter care
- Complete nursing assessments and contribute to resident care plan development and updates
- Document accurately in the EMR and communicate changes in patient/resident status to the care team
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA/GNA staff as assigned
- Support infection control practices and regulatory compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- ★ Active state LPN/LVN licence (or compact licence eligibility)
- ★ CPR/BLS certification — current
- ★ Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC setting
- ★ Proficiency with EMR documentation and medication administration
