We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care during evening shifts, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting the interdisciplinary care team.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients

- Support ADL assistance and patient comfort care

Requirements- Active LPN/LVN license (required)
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
