Enterprise Business Development Representative


BDR / SAAS / NYC / x3 days in office


  • Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
  • Compensation: $90-110K basic salary, and an OTE of $130K (uncapped) equity
  • Focus: Outbound pipeline generation and first-stage qualification for a fast-growing SaaS business.

The Position:

  • This is a high-impact Enterprise Business Development Representative position focused on building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and early-stage customer engagement.
  • You will act as the first commercial touchpoint for prospective customers, responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This role plays a critical part in revenue growth and offers clear progression into closing or account management positions.

Required Experience:

  • 1 years in a outbound sales role, MUST be working with a AI product currently
  • Confident communication skills across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and follow-through.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Motivated by targets, personal performance, and financial reward.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $90-110K basic salary, and an OTE of $130K (uncapped) equity
