Enterprise Business Development Representative
BDR / SAAS / NYC / x3 days in office
- Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
- Compensation: $90-110K basic salary, and an OTE of $130K (uncapped) equity
- Focus: Outbound pipeline generation and first-stage qualification for a fast-growing SaaS business.

The Position:
- This is a high-impact Enterprise Business Development Representative position focused on building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and early-stage customer engagement.
- You will act as the first commercial touchpoint for prospective customers, responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This role plays a critical part in revenue growth and offers clear progression into closing or account management positions.

Required Experience:
- 1 years in a outbound sales role, MUST be working with a AI product currently
- Confident communication skills across phone, email, and social channels.
- Highly organised with strong time management and follow-through.
