Ambassador Personnel is conducting a search for an accomplished HR Director to join a growing manufacturing organization in the Buckhead GA area. This opportunity is for a seasoned HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and help shape the people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and influence the culture of a manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will bring the credibility and business acumen to operate at both the strategic and operational levels while partnering closely with senior leadership.
What you will do:
This leader will have responsibility for the full scope of HR strategy and operations, including:
• Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partnering with executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Leading compensation and benefits strategy, including market competitiveness
• Building leadership development, career development, and succession planning initiatives
• Establishing a strong employee relations framework and fostering an engaged, high-performing culture
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Leading talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives
• Driving clarity, accountability, and alignment across the organization
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a proven HR executive with:
• 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive and senior leadership teams
• Experience leading HR strategy in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong HRIS and Microsoft Office experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency strongly preferred; Korean language skills a plus
