This role is responsible for managing sensitive records and data, coordinating processes, maintaining accuracy, and supporting individuals throughout an established administrative lifecycle. The position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain confidential records and data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate processes and documentation from initial intake through completion
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze information, identify issues, and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a Registrar’s Office or comparable records/administrative environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
