Precision Recruiting is partnering with an ABA organization seeking quality BCBAs.
This is an hourly position, paying $80–$100 per hour.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions that improve the quality of life for the clients you serve.

BCBA Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Train and support staff on ABA-based strategies and behavior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and updates.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and recommend appropriate interventions.
Required Skills
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of ABA methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to guide treatment decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to client needs.
