What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Amatrol?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support and enhance our HR operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless employee experience by coordinating onboarding, maintaining HR systems, supporting compliance, and partnering with leadership on key HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and brings a proactive, service-oriented mindset to HR administration and employee support.
Work you'll do
- Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews, proctor completion of assessments, and prepare interview packets for hiring managers.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Prepare and print HR documents, such as new hire onboarding packets, event flyers, and miscellaneous HR forms.
- Assist in answering employee questions about HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair events, treat days, employee lunches, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- 1 years of recruiting experience
- Strong skill in MS Office applications, including Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Good ethical judgment.
