About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Human Resources professional who can operate at the intersection of coordination and generalist responsibilities. What You’ll Do
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
- Coordinate recruiting activities such as scheduling, candidate communication, and offer processing
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee questions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Help drive consistency and efficiency in HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support
- Assist with reporting, audits, and data tracking to support business decisions
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience

- Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage processes, documentation, and multiple priorities effectively
