Electrical Engineer - Curriculum Design

What You'll Do

• Design and develop interactive technical curriculum for engineering and advanced manufacturing topics
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences
• Partner with software, multimedia, equipment development, and publishing teams to create integrated training solutions
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep learning content relevant and innovative
• Help learners build confidence and real-world skills through hands-on and simulation-based training

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field such as Automation, Process Control, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or Logistics
• Strong technical knowledge and a desire to continuously learn and explore new technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work on-site within the Louisville metropolitan area
• Professional proficiency in English and authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or exposure to industrial networking technologies
• Familiarity with industrial automation, controls, or advanced manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
