• Mechanical Engineer – HVACR Specialist
• Electrical Engineer
• Automation & Controls Engineer

In these roles, you'll transform real-world technical expertise into engaging, hands-on learning experiences that combine interactive eLearning, hands-on simulators, and practical skill-building tools used by schools, colleges, and industry partners around the world.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop technical curriculum, training systems, and hands-on lab activities in your area of expertise (HVACR, electrical, or automation/controls)
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, learner-focused content
• Collaborate with engineers, technical writers, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to build integrated training solutions
• Research emerging technologies, codes, and industry trends to keep learning content current and relevant
• Partner with subject matter experts to create practical, job-ready training materials
• Contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement throughout development

What You'll Bring

Mechanical Engineer – HVACR Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in HVACR, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of hands-on HVACR installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience
• Strong understanding of HVACR systems, controls, and industry best practices
• EPA 608 Certification preferred

Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Control, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge with a drive to keep learning new technologies
• Exposure to industrial networking or automation environments preferred

Automation & Controls Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience in networking, automation, programming, or controls
• Hands-on experience with PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley CompactLogix/ControlLogix preferred); working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and industrial communication networks

All Roles Require

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Ability to work on-site in the Jeffersonville, IN / Louisville metro area
