About The Role
We are seeking an elite Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 3 years of experience, 3 years of experience leading a team, and a proven track record of successful pre-litigation case management to join our rapidly growing firm! This role is for an attorney who loves strategy, leverage, and negotiation – someone who understands that great cases are won long before they ever see a courtroom. If you are the kind of attorney who refuses to accept weak settlement offers, operates as a sponge to learn new ways, builds airtight demand packages, and pushes adjusters until the real value shows up on the table, you will thrive here!

Preferred Qualification: Fully bilingual in Spanish

- Supervising a team of case managers and other support staff
