We are hiring a Vice President of Sales to build and lead the sales organization that takes us there.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calabasas, CA, for a Vice President of Sales.
This is not a traditional VP title. This is a builder role. You will take full ownership of our Account Executive team and install the systems, structure, and discipline required to create a predictable, scalable revenue engine. You will operate in the trenches—designing process, leading from the front, and driving accountability across the team. You will not be responsible for closing deals. You will be responsible for building the machine that closes them consistently.
What You'll Own:
- Full leadership of all Account Executives (10 Reps Total)
- Sales process design and optimization (from first touch to close)
- Pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Weekly revenue reporting and commit forecasting
- Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks
- Performance management, coaching, and accountability systems
- Hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier sales talent
- CRM structure, deal stages, and pipeline hygiene

Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling a high-growth company from approximately from 8 to 9 figures in revenue, with direct ownership of sales performance during that phase
- Ideally comes from a SaaS or similarly structured, metrics-driven sales environment, with experience building and formalizing a sales organization
- 10–15 years of sales experience, with at least 5–8 years in senior leadership roles (VP of Sales or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success installing forecasting discipline, pipeline management systems, and repeatable sales processes
- Track record of building and leading high-performing Account Executive teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Experience transitioning a company from founder-led or informal sales into a structured, scalable revenue engine

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $190,000 - 275,000 USD
- OTE: $400,000 - 475,000 USD
- 15 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) Per Year
