Job Role:
Amalfi Jets is hiring Account Executives to sell private jet charter flights and jet card programs to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
We are a fast-growing, modern private aviation company with strong inbound demand, a recognized brand, and a leadership team building a scalable sales organization. This role is for confident closers who can manage high-value conversations, build trust quickly, and turn demand into long-term clients.
Prior private aviation experience is a strong plus—but not required. If you’ve sold high-ticket, relationship-driven products and know how to close, we’ll teach you the aviation side.
We are looking for candidates with HUNTING/OUTBOUND experience, not those just waiting for the phone to ring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell private jet charter flights and jet card programs end-to-end
- Manage inbound and outbound leads through the full sales cycle
- Conduct consultative sales calls with high-net-worth individuals and companies
- Quote pricing, present options, and guide clients to close
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in HubSpot CRM
- Use Gong.io feedback to continuously improve talk tracks and close rates
- Collaborate with operations and concierge teams to ensure seamless execution
- Consistently hit or exceed revenue and performance targets
What We're Looking For/Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of closing experience in sales or account executive roles
- Experience in private aviation, luxury services, hospitality, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfortable selling premium products with large deal sizes
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven
- Willing to work full-time, in-office in Calabasas, CA 91302

Schedule:
Full-Time, In-office / Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 4 PM at our Global HQ in Calabasas, CA 91302.
Amalfi Jets does not support nor believe in remote and/or hybrid work.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 USD Commission
Average OTE: $175,000 USD - $325,000 USD
