Housekeeper

                                   Check schedules for bed making and thorough clean. Get housekeeping cart ready with cleaning supplies, fresh towels and bed linens, toilet paper, soap, etc.

                                    Straighten rooms, make beds and add fresh linen as needed. When residents have left their room for breakfast, begin scheduled thorough cleaning. Clean bathroom sinks, showers, toilets, mop and dry bathroom floor, dust, vacuum and place fresh towels in rooms.

                                    Continue cleaning resident rooms and other rooms in facility. Do laundry.

                                    Clean public bathrooms and restock accordingly.

                                    Check laundry. Return resident clothing to their rooms and straighten closets and dressers if needed.

                                    Dust, straighten and vacuum common areas.

                                    Secure cleaning cart, linen closets and laundry room. Make sure everything is where it belongs. Take out trash

                                                                Must be at least 18 years of age

1. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
2. Must have ability to follow directions.
3. Shall have criminal record clearance prior to presence in the facility
4. Shall have a health screening and TB test, performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to employment. The TB test results will be received within seven (7) days of employment; the health screening report will be received within thirty (30) days of employment.

Shall have appropriate training in first aid from persons qualified by such agencies as the American Red Cross

Salary : $18 - $20
