Client Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

Join ALWAYSNEAR HOME CARE LLC we are seeking a motivated Client Acquistion Specialist to drive growth by developing referral partnerships and converting leads into active home care and respite clients.This is not only a desk role this position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and closing deals in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

• Build referral relationships with (hospitals, rehab centers, case managers, and community organizations)
• Networking (assisted living, senior centers, social workers, conducting lunch and learning)
• Conduct outreach visits, calls, and presentations to referral sources
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the acquisition process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, staffing, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the home care industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
