Responsibilities:
- Build referral relationships with (hospitals, rehab centers, case managers, and community organizations)
- Networking (assisted living, senior centers, social workers, conducting lunch and learning)
- Conduct outreach visits, calls, and presentations to referral sources
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the acquisition process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies.
- Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, staffing, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the home care industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
