What are the responsibilities and job description for the FLOATER - Experienced ON CALL Caregiver position at ALWAYS THERE IN-HOME CARE INC?
Having been in business for over 25 years, we provide services for the elderly and disabled to allow them to stay in their own home. As a caregiver you will be providing assistance with all activities of daily living (i.e. assisting with bathing and grooming, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with housework, ensuring medications are taken as prescribed, companionship, and even transportation to appointments). In other words, you will be taking care of your client as you would your own family member. Certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply. You can make your own schedule at our company. Some employees work part time while others commit to full time hours. If your availability varies week-to-week, that is okay! We can work with you.

- Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition, reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.

Pay: $21.00/hour - YOU ARE ONLY PAID PER HOUR IF YOU ARE CALLED IN TO WORK ON YOUR DESIGNATED FLOATER DAY. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO REPORT TO SHIFTS FOR THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR AGREED UPON FLOATER DAY.
