Schedule:
* WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING ROTATING SCHEDULE: (WEEKS RUN SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
WEEK 1: Saturday and Sunday: OFF, Monday -Wednesday: 6:30- 5:30pm, Thursday: 6:30am- 3:30pm, Friday: OFF
WEEK 2: Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am- 4:30pm, Monday - Wednesday: OFF, Thursday and Friday: 6:30pm- 5:30pm
TRAINING SCHEDULE: MONDAY- FRIDAY 8A-5PM FOR THE FIRST 4- 6 WEEKS. THIS POSITION INCLUDES AN ON-CALL ROTATION 1-2 DAYS/ WEEK AND AT LEAST 1 WEEKEND A MONTH (4 week rotation cycle) *you might occasionally end up with 2 weekends in 1 month.*
Pay$17.50- $18.50 per hour

About the position: We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and compassionate Staffing Coordinator. This role is responsible for caregiver staffing, new hire orientation and training, and conducting in-home client assessments. The ideal candidate will balance strong organizational and staffing skills with a goal of building a strong and diverse team that can deliver exceptional results. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive excellent care coverage and our caregivers are properly trained, supported, and prepared for success.
Job Duties:
- Staff cases with the most qualified, well-suited caregiver available with the goal of placing the caregiver long term and keeping missed visits to a minimum.
- Keep client and caregiver scheduling calendars up-to-date and accurate.
- Give full report of all client needs to each caregiver assigned to the case.
- Participate in “on call” rotation as needed
- Conduct on-call report meetings each morning to discuss previous-night’s calls.
- Ensure that all pertinent “on-call” information and daily notes are correctly entered into the staffing program and notification of any decreased service hours given to Staffing Manager.
- Participate in verbal counselings for field staff
- Monthly Drawings for field staff
- Ensure caregivers and clients are notified of any changes in service or schedules.
- Review the Available Shift Report every day to ensure that all cases are covered.
- If you receive any incident reports or client complaints, handle the immediate situation appropriately, then report the incident or complaint to the Staffing Manager. If the Staffing Manager directs you to do so, complete Incident Report or complaint paperwork and file in the Complaint Log. (Office Manager’s office)
- Notify Staffing Manager/ Office Manager of any significant caregiver issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all notes are documented in the Client/ Caregiver calendars.
- Report Missed Visits immediately to the Staffing Manager
- Assist with maintaining a clean office environment
- Assist with other duties as requested by the Office Manager or Staffing Manager
- Be willing to assist with client care if needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Experience in staffing, management, healthcare, or an office setting
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and pleasant phone demeanor
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Consistent office communication, and decreased office conflict. Notify the Director of all office issues that cannot or are not being resolved in a timely fashion.
- Increased revenue as a result of overall growth in the company.
