Always Best Care Senior Services is IMMEDIATELY HIRING SKILLED Personal Attendant (Caregiver) to provide skilled care to the elderly in Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln and surrounding areas. The Personal Attendant (Caregiver) will assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and other activities necessary for the maintenance of the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being of clients.

Service Area (Must be willing to work in): Rocklin, Lincoln, Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, and surrounding areas. (Virtual Interviews)
Must be able to work split/stacking shifts. Split/Stacking shifts are 1hr -4hour shifts stacked together to make a full day.
Must have at least 1-year prior Personal Attendant (Caregiving) experience
Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Not Uber, Lyft or any public transportation) (this will be verified)
Compensation
Personal Attendants start at $20.50/hr: Rocklin, Lincoln, Roseville, Granite Bay, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Sacramento and surrounding areas.
Weekend Personal Attendants start at $24/hr (Sat/Sun only)

Responsibilities
- Assist elderly and disabled clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, eating, and exercising
- Set up and safely use equipment for clients requiring assistance
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of clients by performing various light housekeeping chores
- Medication reminders
- Assist with transferring and mobility assuring the highest degree of safety
- Assist and encourage clients with communication
- Document all care tasks and verify care provided meets requirements
- Build client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Uphold professional and ethical standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Dayshift, Afternoon, and Evening Availability
- Hands on experience in elderly care services
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance and a reliable vehicle (NO UBER, LYFT or public transportation)
- Home Care Aide License (preferred)
