Primary Purpose:Open Until Filled
Provide dyslexia evaluation support and intervention to students who are eligible. Implement a structured, sequential, multi-sensory curriculum for teaching reading and written language skills to students identified with dyslexia.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate grade level certification
Evidence of approved dyslexia teacher training
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of dyslexia and related disorders
Knowledge of current state and federal dyslexia laws
General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Experience:
Three years teaching experience
Salary: Teacher / 10 Months
