Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruiting and hiring, from identifying talent needs to integrating new hires into the team for sustained growth.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring consistent service and resolving issues to support firm reliability.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, implementing campaigns that align with firm goals for steady client acquisition.
- Monitor and manage employee KPIs, offering guidance to improve performance and maintain accountability.
- Oversee daily firm operations, promoting efficiency and a positive workflow across all departments.
- Organize and facilitate office trainings, ensuring team members are equipped for ongoing success.
- Manage IT vendor partnerships, troubleshooting equipment and software problems to minimize disruptions.
- Support office facility management, including routine maintenance and leading major projects with careful oversight.
- Act as the key operational liaison between staff and attorneys, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Assist the firm owner with operational enhancements and initiatives, providing practical support for implementation.
- Daily fostering a positive, adaptable team environment while demonstrating reliability through punctuality and collaborative support.
Qualifications
- 3 years in administrative or operational management roles, ideally in law firms or similar settings. ·
