What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager Xpress position at ALUMA-WELD INC?
AIM or MISSION: The mission of the Regional Sales Manager is to build a strong dealer network that ensures sales stability and growth.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
- Build and maintain strong dealer relations in the assigned territory.
- Generates sales orders for each dealer in the network.
- Provides Open order reports as well as product availability.
- Continually analyzes market data to develop sales forecasts and measure dealer/brand performance
- Work alongside Regional Sales Representatives to identify open markets and key new dealer targets
- Coordinates dealer agreements for approval.
- Develop product model comparisons to gain knowledge of competition.
- Provide customer/market feedback to National Sales Manager.
- Provide customer service to all dealers and retail customers.
- Work retail boat shows as directed by National Sales Manager
- Minimum travel requirement of 1.5 weeks or as directed by the National Sales Manager
- Maintain travel calendar in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
- Provide written call reports to National Sales Manager upon completion of travel
- Work alongside Regional Sales Representatives to provide monthly territory updates.
