Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical system issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel on troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to improve efficiency and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and upgrade of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Work Environment:
- Industrial/manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Requires standing, lifting, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
- May involve shift work, weekends, or on-call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a maintenance team.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
