Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions for delivering trusted golden records across the real estate value chain Experience of working in Property and Company Match rules
Architect and tune company matching logic match rules cleanse functions tokenization and survivorship
Configure Reltio entity models relationships eg parent subsidiary account hierarchies reference data RDM and data quality rules specific to corporate legal entity data
Integrate external enrichment and matching sources eg DB DUNS LEI ZoomInfo third party firmographics to improve company match precision and reduce duplicates
Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub RIH REST APIs and connectors to CRM ERP lease and property systems
Define and optimize match and merge thresholds handle false positives negatives and govern manual data steward review workflows for ambiguous company matches
Provide technical leadership mentoring developers conducting code reviews and enforcing MDM best practices and performance tuning across tenants DevTest Prod
Partner with data architects business stakeholders and data stewards to translate data requirements into scalable governed solutions
Ensure data security role-based access audit and compliance GDPR data privacy for sensitive client and partner information
10 to 15 years in data management with 5 years hands on Reltio proven expertise in company entity matching Java Groovy JSON SQL and cloud AWS Azure Reltio certification and real estate domain exposure preferred
