Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Lead with strong expertise in Company/Entity Matching, Match & Merge, and Golden Record Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions.
- Configure entity models, relationships, RDM, data quality, and survivorship rules.
- Design and optimize company matching logic, match rules, and merge strategies.
- Integrate external data sources (D&B, DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Develop integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Manage data stewardship workflows and ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and performance tuning support.
Required Skills:
- 10–15 years of Data Management experience.
- 5 years of hands-on Reltio MDM experience.
- Strong expertise in Company Matching, Match & Merge, RIH, Data Quality, and Golden Records.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL, REST APIs.
- Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
