Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities
- Assist in professional sales presentations by engaging with business owners and promoting products/services
- Curate sales and marketing training materials/workshops
- Participate in training programs to learn about company operations and management practices
- Support B2B sales initiatives by collaborating with team members to achieve revenue goals
- Identifies potential management candidates for development into more senior roles
- Projects a positive image to clients and the community.
- Works with National Account Mangers to develop mutual objectives and problem-solving issues
- Ensures accurate weekly reports and KPI details
- Initiates and participates in and supervises ongoing training of a team of sales representatives, ensuring clear understanding of products and SOPs
- Carefully tracks forecasts and takes corrective action when necessary.
- Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
Management Trainee Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer success
- Strong communication skills both verbal and non verbal
- Familiarity with territory/region management is a plus
- Team player and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail
- Able to effectively delegate tasks and assignments
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Leadership development/coaching
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the workplace
