Role Description
This is a PART TIME, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Human Resources Recruitment intern. In this role, you will assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will manage candidate communication, support onboarding processes, and maintain accurate HR records. You will collaborate with the HR team to support various administrative tasks and help ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and experience in HR Management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills to deliver a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in HR software or platforms is a plus
- Enrollment in bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
